Helen: Could be my crushing fatigue, but I’m unable to find the tart pan size on the Walnut Lace Tart recipe. I’m guessing it’s an 11″ as it appears to be almost identical to your Mocha Glazed Macadamia Caramel Tart I made last weekend (to rave reviews), which uses an 11″ pan. I’m making the Walnut Raspberry variation and the Chocolate Mint Truffle Tart for Christmas dinner because your tarts are ridiculously easy but taste and look very showy. Anyway, Merry Christmas, Helen & Mike!
Hi Hilda: Sorry I missed this. For some reason I am not notified of comments for this blog, so I don’t always get back in a timely manner. You are correct, it is the 11″ tart pan. If it doesn’t specify, it will always be a 11″ pan. Thanks for bringing that to my attention.
